Quanta Android Smartbook - First Look

Chris over at SlashGear took at look at an upcoming Android smartbook from Quanta at some event today.
With a quick glance, the Quanta smartbook looks no different from any netbook, but it’s powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon ARM processor, along with Android OS and it’s much thinner, lighter and is fanless. Apparently the Lenovo smartbook, due at CES 2010, will be thinner yet and have curvier edges (like we’ve seen in a picture before).
Browsing seemed just as snappy as any netbook. Unfortunately for this model, there was plenty of flex in the machine and with the whole base.
